Early bird Fee is $500.00  

After January 30th 2026 the fee is $550.00 

Non member early bird is $600.00 

After January 30th  Non member fee is $650.00

One day only Member $375.00 /Non Member $450.00

Spouse - fee $250.00 

Student - fee $350.00

Offsite Inspection (Mentoring)-$250.00

Saturday night Dinner (optional)- $40.00

Saturday night Dinner Spouse /Partner (optional) $40.00

All stated fees add HST 

 All-inclusive full delegate registration package includes Welcome reception (Friday), exhibitor area, education sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, four coffee breaks.  

You must register separately for the offsite inspection. 

Full Delegate Registration does not include the offsite inspections.

 Only those who have registered will get an OAHI Education Conference issued name badge. Those without an OAHI issued badge will not be allowed access to meals/snacks, the exhibitor hall, or education sessions. To be fair to those who do pay and to the Association, those seen to be participating in the conference, e.g. meals etc., without an OAHI conference issued name badge will be asked to leave. 

Fees are due in full upon registration. Non-Refundable

Our check in is at 3:00pm and check out at 12 noon. Early check in can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. All requests can be made at the time of reservation. 

Each individual will be responsible to guarantee their reservation with a credit card.
