Pease join seasoned home inspector and past ASHI President, Alden Gibson for a fun day of defects accumulated from Alden’ numerous years in the home inspection business. Topics will include:
- Electrical
- Structure
- Plumbing
- Review of several home inspections from start to finish
- Discussion on how to best report the defects to your clients and more time permitted.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF OAHI IN ORDER TO TAKE THIS COURSE. However, you may want to inquire about “Student” membership status in order to pay the 'member rate' for courses, and acquire all the other benefits of membership. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Courses may be cancelled by the OAHI as late as the Monday prior to start date due to insufficuent enrollment. Full refunds will be given. Students cancelling within 5 days of course will receive 50% refund.
Non-Member fee-$125.00 plus HST
Member fee-$95.00 plus HST
