I understand that any misrepresentation on this application may jeopardize my current or future status in the Association, or result in prosecution. I acknowledge that I am entitled to advertise my affiliation and use the logo of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, OAHI in strict accordance with the OAHI By-laws & policies. I understand that the words Registered Home Inspector, R.H.I. may not be used unless I have a valid and current certificate, which must be renewed annually. I understand that membership dues are not refundable.
